As a mum of three, and a lifelong resident of Bendigo Victoria, she understands the importance of nurturing oneself to achieve optimal vitality and fulfillment. She specializes in One to One Coaching both in person and online, designing and delivering bespoke programs encompassing leadership development, wellbeing, and professional growth, both online and in facilitated face-to-face workshops.
