OUR MISSION We want to create a world where rainbow communities thrive in connection, community, and belonging; empowering healthy, engaged citizens to become agents of their own change. We achieve this by bringing people together through meaningful gatherings that spark dialogue, build relationships and inspire action. And through our unique initiatives, we provide rainbow leaders and changemakers the tools, knowledge, and opportunities to grow, lead and create lasting impact in their communities.
