The Ethos

The Ethos is a creative community, building on the strong communities and strong creative-making culture that has built Pueblo. The Ethos is women-owned and seeks to encapsulate the spirit of Pueblo's diverse community. Located at 615 E Mesa Avenue in Pueblo, Colorado - in what used to be known as the historic Grand Prix Restaurant Lounge and Bar - The Ethos houses a sober bar, makerspace, art class venue, and more. The owners of The Ethos are excited to offer many of the same community gathering events that bars who serve alcohol offer, but in an environment that is friendly and welcoming to the sober community. In addition to the sober bar, The Ethos will be hosting creative classes such as bookbinding, resin pouring, and sewing. There will also be a commercial kitchen available for local food trucks to rent out during the day when the bar is not in operation. A limited number of private studio rentals are available for local artists who need a dedicated space to grow their skills, or local artists can acquire a makerspace membership to access a communal workshop area where people can work on their projects, learn new skills, and connect with others who share their interests.
