The Everyday Mom Squad- As a mindful parent coach my goal is to help parents find calm and joy in parenting, to end the power struggles they may experience with their child, which will end the yelling and overwhelm they may feel day in and day out. Developing these skills to better understand themselves and their child, will allow them to grow and thrive as a parent, and allow their child to grow and thrive into empathetic, well-grounded adults. I help moms, dads, grandparents, teachers, and any other child caregiver connect to their child. The more the caregiver connects with a child, the more the child feels loved, heard, cared about and understood. When they feel these things, the less they feel the need to express their hurt and anger through their behaviors. During this parent coaching journey you will gain the skills to become calm and less reactive in your parenting during triggering and hard situations with your child. Understanding your child's behaviors so you can create a cooperative and harmonious home.
