Built upon a blend of my life experience of over more than 40 years and 23 years of professional expertise, skills and knowledge working in the NHS, I have created a hybrid model to improve your health, mindset and growth. I’ve infused layers of coaching, mentoring and therapeutic approaches with my professional practices in mental health nursing and everything I have learned along the way, to generate The Fai Method. My unique method provides you with the tools, techniques, and commitment of time to simplify growth and show you how to unlock your potential. I’ll guide and support you on how to navigate your journey and personal evolution to grow and live your life.
