At the The Feed we’re passionate about food and passionate about people. As our customer, whatever the occasion, you will be provided with a dedicated service and delicious food. We are the trading arm of LEAP, a social enterprise using food as a catalyst to inspire and motivate people to achieve and live a more fulfilling life. All our profits go straight back into funding the support for hundreds of adults to transform their lives. The Feed’s Flourish Employment Academy is a twelve week catering and hospitality training programme aimed at helping vulnerable and socially excluded members of the community enter sustainable, paid employment. The Flourish Employment Academy operates at the heart of The Feed. The programme offers personal development, work experience and a way of improving self-confidence. We also offer 121 coaching, guaranteed job interviews with potential employers upon graduation and a mentor through LEAP. We believe that people can grow and thrive given the chance, and that business and people can do extraordinary things together.
