Results are gained through analysis of Overall Equipment Effectiveness, OEE, and then by using 5S, Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED), Total Productive Maintenance, Poka Yoke systems, Kanban, Cause and Effect Diagrams, Route Cause Analysis and so on, all proven techniques. The basis for all of these is the Toyota Production System (TPS) and the philosophy goes by any number of names - Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvements, Business Improvement Techniques, World Class Manufacturing amongst others. Wherever possible we tie in our Manufacturing and Management Consultancy and training work with your existing systems and procedures to ensure a smoother integration of change and a continuity of understanding. This means that any training or systems materials are bespoke to your own corporation.
