The Finney Search Group

The Finney Search Group is a boutique private school placement and consulting firm serving independent schools around the country. We find and place transformative leaders via Head of School searches and a wide range of senior leadership searches, including faculty and staff positions. Today, over 30% of our retained searches involve Heads of School or Division/School Heads. The Finney Search Group has also developed a special expertise in athletics, whether for placing teacher-coaches, athletic directors, signature sport coaches/directors, or similar staff positions. The common denominator remains our desire to discover and place authentic leaders into school communities who inspire students and colleagues.
