The Fit Shop

The Fit Shop is a high-intensity kickboxing, boot camp and performance training studio that offers large and small group classes as well as kids fitness classes and personal training. We operate off of the idea that our bodies need to be serviced just the way we service our cars; we must fuel, maintain and repair our bodies properly for ultimate performance. In order to effectively translate motivation into physical action, we must Align and Balance our minds. We believe in the power of inner strength and positive self-talk in order to get through any challenge. We offer a holistic approach to fitness where people can feel at home and thoroughly enjoy the energy of our amazing staff, great music, and eclectic exercise programming.
