Since more than 10 years the family business THE FLAG has been planning, building and operating specialised housing offers. Targeted at students, business people and senior citizens who are looking for longer and service-oriented accommodations. THE FLAG offers the three specialised forms of housing in Germany and several other European countries and would like to continue to grow as owner and operator. Mean-while 26 houses with over high-quality and centrally located apartments are part of the company's portfolio. Numerous additional offers help to make the stay for the long-stay guests as pleasant as possible. For this reason, services such as concierge, fitness studio, cleaning service, restaurant, terraces and underground car parking are also part of the offer in most of our houses.
