The Flow Experience

The Flow Experience is a 1 year learning experience done in community with expert facilitation. Over the year you’ll ‘un-learn’ the cultural conditioning and drop the limiting beliefs that no longer serve you and to reconnect to what’s important: Your deepest dreams and desires The things you love to do The magic and supportive nature of life (that, as a child, you knew existed) Being in ease, presence and appreciation Living your life for you (and not based on other people’s expectations) And this supports you in creating a life where you are giving your gifts to the world in a fun, joyful and abundant way. The Flow Experience is a conscious leap into the next level of our human and spiritual expansion. Through the Flow Experience, you will shift; From day-to-day drudgery and feeling ‘stuck in a rut’ to experiencing the succulent aliveness of life — everyday! From living out of fear and scarcity into opening and trusting life through presence and heart-centered practice. From uncertainty about ‘your gifts’ to being clear on your Soul-Vision and using it to create a powerful NOW. From being alone on this journey to having a tribe that supports you and holds you (gently) through all your ups, downs and transformations. From struggling to be ‘in control of everything’ to trusting life and letting go The Flow Experience is a gentle, transformation journey. Each month you’ll receive insightful, theme-based teachings and practical tools to take you through the fundamentals of living Flow. These will open your mind and heart, deepen your life experience and give you access to sustainable shifts. As your Flow Facilitator, Timea will facilitate the process and help you to uncover your own Flow Wisdom about what works authentically for you."You will access your own authentic Magic and you’ll become your own Guru".
