The Fogos

The Ronald McDonald House provides a “home away from home” for families and their children receiving treatment at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Cincinnati Children’s Hospital has many areas of specialty and draws patients from around the country and around the world. These families and patients stay at the Ronald McDonald House for an average of 18 days. Due to the costs of traveling, lodging, not being at work and the time constraints of spending time with their children at the hospital the Ronald McDonald House asks outside groups to come to the house and prepare meals for the patients and families. The Fogos is a charitable organization with a focus on preparation and delivery of regular meals, as well as other like services, for the patients and families staying at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Cincinnati.
