Our fully integrated real estate firm gives us the capabilities to provide comprehensive and customized solutions for families. Our Investment Platform provides access to real estate and renewable infrastructure investments across the US. We believe investing in these asset backed, tax advantaged and income focused investments are the best way to build long-term wealth. Our Asset and Property Management platform manages real estate assets across the US. We remove the challenges of direct real estate ownership for families. Our Advisory platform provides range of consulting and brokerage based services for clients and properties nationwide. We simplify the often complex decision making process when inheriting, selling or transferring a real estate asset or portfolio. We are structured as a multi-family office (MFO), meaning we are fully dedicated to focusing on families and family offices to achieve their real estate goals. Each family receives access to our comprehensive real estate services, which we can customize to meet their objectives. We also have a partnership model with other advisory firms. We partner directly with advisory teams to support their professionals and their clients with real estate strategy, planning and execution. Our partners receive access to our team, services, and network to help them achieve greater real estate outcomes for their clients.
