A Foundation for Change The Frannie Fouondation was organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. The Frannie Foundation was established in memory of Frances Josephine Scebor, the founder's mother, who passed away 28 December from complications of Type II Diabetes and other Cardiovascular-related diseases. Our Mission is. to enhance the lives of individuals who suffer form Diabetes and other Cardiovascular-related Diseases. The Foundation will work to achieve its mission by supporting research and programs for patient basic needs. Basic needs include, but are not limited to, medical care, education, patent comfort and advocacy.
