The Friend Foundation
The Friend Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Columbia, Tennessee, dedicated to supporting and uplifting individuals in need through a variety of programs and partnerships. Our UpStander Program focuses on reducing bullying in schools by fostering a culture of inclusion, respect, and advocacy among students. Through our Circle of Friends Initiative, we work to improve the lives of vulnerable individuals by addressing gaps in social determinants of health that affect their overall well-being. Additionally, we collaborate with organizations such as Room in the Inn to provide support for individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. We also partner with organizations that assist those in recovery from addiction or transitioning from incarceration, helping them rebuild their lives and reintegrate into society.
