Our engineers will positively encourage and train other project managers in planning, document control, risk and issues management and reporting. As a result of the experience and skills developed by the company, we have created The Project Manager’s Toolkit - an easy to use, cloud based toolkit that allows users to easily create and manage multiple Programmes and/or Projects and integrate simply with MS Project. The Project Manager’s Toolkit was developed as a result of the study of real PMO staff when applying their skills and experience in reporting the health and status of Project(s) and Programme(s) using project plans and RAID Logs. In the past, this has usually been done using multiple databases, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations – all of which have been very time consuming and wasteful of effort. Now with The Project Managers Toolkit that time and effort can be redirected into providing Project/Programme Management with real-time reporting, more direct and meaningful information and reports – which, in turn, will allow management to make quicker and more informed decisions.
