All the woodwork and furniture seen in these properties has been designed and made using exotic hardwood, such as mahogany, mvuli, cedar, local oak, and podo, giving the whole development a unique package and atmosphere equal to none. It is now over 100 years since the family, originally from Punjab, India, has been involved in woodworking and manufacture of furniture.
