The Garden Winery

our ethos: at the garden winery based in eastern tbilisi we’re inspired by the fresh, vibrant & expressive wines made in france, germany, austria and england – we create fusion wines that bring together georgian endemic varieties and a european palate to create new wines that bridge the gap between traditional georgian and european wines. grapes are sourced from family growers managing small lots in kartli and kakheti – natural living wines only. We source grapes from clean and natural family owned lots where the only anti-fungals used are sulphur at the start of the season and copper where necessary during the season – we prefer vineyards that have good drainage, less precipitation and a healthy flow of wind so that nature keeps the grapes as healthy as can be. For 2022 we’ve worked with 3 varieties – Chinuri from Okami, Kartli, Rkatsiteli from Bolnisi, Kartli and Ojaleshi from Leliani, Kakheti. All naturally farmed and delicately handled when making wine.
