Currently, we provide property management and project leasing services to 175 retail properties totaling approximately 7.8 million square feet. Our client list has included prominent owners such as Inland American Retail LLC, ShopOne Centers REIT, Exchange Right, Northstar Realty, Gallas Zadeh Development and Thrive. Additionally, The Gilbert Group actively represents 65+ retailers such as Kohl’s, Academy Sports, Sweetgreen, Potbelly, Bibibop, Duluth Trading Company and Brewdog as they expand throughout Ohio and the Midwest. We have recently been recognized by Business First as the 41st fastest growing company in Columbus, Ohio. The Gilbert Group continues to be one of the premier retail real estate firms in the midwest. The Gilbert Group is a proud two time recipient of the Fast 50 award (2019, 2020). The Gilbert Group has also bee named Best of the Best by Midwest Real Estate News in 2018-2023 for our brokerage and property management services.
