The Grounded Match

The Grounded Match combines Social Worker practitioners, former nonprofit leaders, and educators creating the perfect trifecta of experience and know-how helping nonprofits with their hiring needs. The aim of TGM is to elevate our community’s nonprofit sector while acting as a bridge between BSW/MSW programs and organizations who will be hiring them. We believe our community’s social service programming is completely dependent upon the health and wellness of the individuals fulfilling the roles. TGM takes time building relationships with recent graduates getting the chance to get to know their skillset and passion. The system is intentional and personal, ultimately filling in some of the gaps technology has yet to figure out. Only those individuals meeting ALL of the criteria (personality and skillset) will be referred to open positions.
