The Growth Path

The Growth Path has created co-mentoring opportunities, accountability coaching, business growth, and happiness for more than 500 professionals, sales leaders, and business owners. Teams of business leaders meet in curated groups to share successes, learn new skills, problem solve, and be held accountable for their commitments. As well as developing self-awareness and empathy, they develop emotional intelligence and connections with their core values. In addition to small group training, 1:1 sales and executive coaching is available and is supported with consistent monthly meetings. The Growth Path Education The Growth Path Education program grew from the success of the last 20 years working with corporate professionals in the Chicagoland area. Even though there are a number of differences between the corporate world and education, the characteristics of a great leader remain the same. We serve school districts by creating professional opportunities for leaders to focus on their emotional agility, effective communication, constructive engagement, and provide strategies to not only support their own mental well-being but also develop the capacity to support the needs of their staff. We tailor our programming based on conversations with leaders and the team along with individual assessments administered prior to our work together. The information we gather provides a strong foundation to the choices we make in building skills, increasing emotional intelligence, and fostering a team that leans into each other.
