The Guiding Principles

The Guiding Principles is a non-profit organization that focuses on working with C suite leaders, including HR / Diversity, in the deployment of NEW operational, cultural principles, that identify behaviors that are counter-productive, inefficient, unsustainable, obsolete and can’t adapt to growing customer demands and global challenges. The Principles are based on the world-class standards of the Shingo Institutes model for Organizational Excellence. We work closely with HR leaders to reform diversity policies that will create a best-in-class work environment that is all-inclusive, where employees are valued to a higher standard of dignity and respect. Our mission is to build strategies that will contribute to greater career advancement opportunities for minorities and build a stronger, sustainable economy.
