The Guisinger Group was formed in 2014 as an executive search firm with the goal of becoming the ‘recruiter of choice’ for the oil and gas industry. With over 15 years of recruiting experience, technical degrees, as well as hands-on experience in the oil and gas industry, we understand what it takes to assist our client companies in moving to the next level. The Guisinger Group truly cares about our Clients and Candidates and are willing to take the extra steps necessary to insure company and candidate satisfaction. The Guisinger Group works hand in hand with our Client companies to insure that we understand what you are looking for in employees. We’ve worked with a wide range of E&P companies from majors to small start-ups and we understand that every company has their own personality and business plan. We work with our clients as ‘trusted advisors’ on a wide variety of issues including recruiting, retention and employment concerns. Although we are employed by our Clients, we understand that for companies to be successful they need to have happy employees, and happy employees are the result of employees being in the right positions.
