The Gym Howth

The Gym Howth is a boutique style gym located in the heart of Howth. With a popular hair & beauty salon onsite, we're locally owned and have been established since 2009. Offering over 40 Classes per week including; BODYCYCLE -(our most popular & very own developed rhythm indoor cycling class). Weight Classes - FitCamp, Bootcamp & Silver Sneakers (55+) Pilates - Hot Power Pilates, Core Pilates, Pilates for Flexibility & Pop Pilates (we're the first gym in Ireland to offer this dance on the mat style class!), Meditation. Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hot Yoga & Hot Yoga Flow-(yes, we also have an infrared heated studio!) Our services also include Personal Training and gym access (where you can come in and workout on your own). We don’t believe in pain without pleasure. We don’t believe in sweating without a smile. And we don’t take ourselves too seriously. But we do take your fitness goals very seriously. Everything we do, from the design of our interior to the people we hire, and the classes we invent, have to inspire, excite, energise and ignite. That is our mission. Our fantastic retail space stocks a wide range of brands including the premium athletic range; lululemon clothing apparel, Guinot Skincare, Redken & Wella Hair Care, Jane Iredale Make Up and Forever Living Products. The Salon Howth - our beauty and hair rooms offer a full range of services, from nail care to facials. Our members have the option to come in, workout, chill out and then treat themselves to some pampering, all under one roof. With us, it's not fitness, it's life.
