After years living in the United States of America –land of freedom, ambition, and hamburgers– savoring and testing the best burgers in the world, speaking to chefs, bakers and butchers to understand what makes a great American burger, we returned to our hometown of Geneva, Switzerland, in the land of mountaingrass-fed cows, and the best cheese in the world. For months we prepared and tested our recipe, working with the best food guys in town to create a burger you could find in a good diner, joint or shack, somewhere in America. Our passion for good burgers has become the cause we're fighting for. Good hamburgers for all! So we created The Hamburger Foundation.
