The Happiness Fitt is U.A.E's first happiness based consulting firm cofounded by us, Ayeshah and Rabea who live by the mantra of being happy and instilling positive thinking within our society. Together we have developed a happiness model that benefits not only individuals but organizations as well. To see a real long term change within an organization, a combination of mind + body + soul needs to be implemented and our unique happiness model incorporates these key elements. Our tribe consists of Gallup’s certified coaches, Fitness coaches, NLP trainers, Strategy and Culture experts, with deep industry and people development experience. We strive to give answers to organizations to questions such as: What makes employees feel empowered and valued? How to build a culture of community, inclusivity and transparency in an organization? How can an organization permanently shift towards positivity and happiness? By finding solutions to such questions, we focus on inspiring and enabling leaders and management to build high-performing organizations that bring out the best in their employees.
