The Happy Human Training Co

At Happy Human we believe that with the right support, insight and security each and every human can grow the skills to become more confident in themselves. More adaptable, resilient and resourceful to handle the world around them; more aware, compassionate and available to themselves and those who mean the most to them. We start conversations that grow happy; a meaningful, fulfilled and inclusive happy. A happy that comes from the knowledge that - no matter what life has in store - we have the skills to see it through. Never have we needed these skills more than we do right now. They are essential skills, for life, for work, for love. But, happy isn't a given. Happy sometimes requires nurturing and specialist guidance and support. We offer both specialist partnering services to businesses and organisations and personal learning opportunities for individuals looking to develop their self-awareness and resilience. Our mission is to help everyone to find their happy, by looking under the surface and exploring what's really going on. We share cutting edge insights from the world of neuro-psychology blended with our person-centred trademark kindness, vulnerability and authenticity. Our programmes, coaching support and specialist consultancy is renowned for blending an intimate understanding of the human factor with simple, effective strategies and top tips, allowing you - or your business - to explore, experiment and thrive.
