Abby is a highly talented and vivacious Entertainment Reporter and Digital Journalist. She has experience researching, interviewing, writing, and developing ideas/stories. Her expertise lies in her ability to source exclusive content by back reporting, field reporting, conducting red carpet interviews, and "at-home" Features with Hollywood stars. Following her passion for design and publishing, she moved to San Diego to attend the Design Institute of San Diego in 2015 studying to be a CIDA-accredited Interior Designer, and has three semesters left to complete her B.F.A. Abby is working towards becoming a Creative Director designing and branding ads, and developing beautiful editorials. Design, Culture, Fashion, and Illustration are passions that drive her personally and professionally. Abby is a creative thinker, organizer, and manager of teams. She has reported for national publications such as US Weekly Magazine, L.A. Confidential Magazine, InTouch Magazine, Life & Style Weekly, Closer Weekly, and Star Magazine, as well as international publications including NOW, The Sun, Time Inc. UK, The Mail On Sunday, The Mail Online, and Grazia. Engaging and intelligent, Abby is a self-starter who would be an asset to any team. She is seeking an opportunity to work in the Design or Publishing Industry, designing, producing, and marketing ads and editorials. She covers Travel & Leisure, Health & Beauty, Lifestyle, and Fashion. Abby holds several certifications including her ESL certification to teach children and adults English as a second language. She is a licensed CNPR member of the National Association of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives. She has worked in many industries in many different capacities and also holds a CA Resident Insurance Producer's license. Abby is an adaptable, disciplined, and hard-working candidate ready to start immediately and is open to relocation.
