The Health Collaborative is a non-profit organization founded in 2015 in Cincinnati Ohio. We believe the power to create a healthy, thriving community exponentially increases through collective efforts. Our work sits at the center of this collaboration connecting the people, places, and efforts required to drive meaningful change. With a focus on Workforce Innovation, Emergency Preparedness, and Community Health initiatives, we have the unique ability to collaborate across sectors to create major impact. Membership Members of The Health Collaborative benefit from services that support the delivery of high-quality care, promote efficiency, reduce costs, and drive collaboration across the healthcare community. Members include hospitals and health systems, long-term care facilities, and several community and business partners invested in health and healthcare improvement.
