The Henley Distillery

In an 18th Century barn just outside of Henley-on-Thames, Jacob Wilson and his team use artisan, hand-crafted methods to produce small-batch, premium quality sipping spirits. Traditional in method, innovative in contemporary recipe development. Voted New Distillery of The Year (The Gin Guide 2022) and home of England's Best London Dry Gin (The World Gin Awards 2022), we produce our own brand of gin with a rum line also in development. We are also a contract distillery, offering bespoke services, tailored to each client, working together to produce top end spirits, never compromising on quality. The Henley Distillery is made up of a small team whose energy and passion is infectious. Each member brings their own strengths and we have built on the foundation of a family unit to form a supportive, solid structure of people who love what they do. Team meetings usually involve several bouts of belly-laughing and end with pizza and gin.
