The Hermes Project Cic

The Hermes Project is a community interest company founded by Ken Hermes. Ken was bereaved by parental suicide at the age of 15 and found that there was a lack of specific support. After working hard to encourage men to talk about their mental health, Ken launched The Hermes Project. The primary purpose of The Hermes Project is to offer support to children bereaved by parental suicide, through mentoring, presentations and talks. The secondary purpose is building on the concept that barbershops are a comfortable place to talk, and bringing this environment to colleges, universities and workplaces, to encourage helpful conversations about mental health.
