Welcome to The Hero Academy - an organization dedicated to providing service and facility dogs to veterans, first responders, their families, and communities. Our mission is to serve those who serve, by building safe and strong teams that foster community engagement and care for our heroes throughout their lives. At The Hero Academy, we understand the importance of finding the right way for our canine heroes to serve. That's why we work closely with our human heroes to identify their unique needs and provide them with highly-trained service and facility dogs that can assist them at work, at home, and in the community. As the premier industry leader in education on service dogs, facility dogs, laws, and policies, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of training and support to both our human heroes and their working canines. Our goal is to empower our heroes and their dogs to build stronger, healthier, and more resilient relationships and communities. We know that our work would not be possible without the support of our donors and sponsors. We offer a variety of ways to support The Hero Academy, including monthly giving, monetary donations, veterinary and dog food sponsorship for a specific dog and contributions of items from our Amazon wishlist. We also welcome opportunities for corporate sponsorship, which can help cover the costs of a dog's food, veterinary care, and training.
