Higher provides high-quality affordable and flexible labor services for California's cannabis industry. Specializing in short-term placements, Higher uses its mobile app to help cultivators, distributors, processors, and retailers to seamlessly fill open positions at a fraction of the cost of traditional staffing agencies. Our mission is to replace unnecessarily expensive and outdated methods of finding great labor. To do so, we draw on data from our mobile application as well as information from our team of cannabis consultants to guarantee that all candidates are fully qualified for each job. Our use of a two-sided rating system ensures transparency and full communication between employers and workers. Interested? Here's how our process works: 1. Prospective candidates are sourced through our mobile application. Higher then checks the work history of each user and conducts criminal screenings, at zero cost to the employer. Employers discuss their hiring specifications with the team at Higher. Candidates are then professionally screened by our cannabis consultants according to these specifications. Higher curates a portfolio of the best candidates for the role. Once these candidates have been approved by the employer, Higher communicates the job details to employees, who arrive for the job as independent contractors. If employers would like to replace a worker for any reason, Higher finds a replacement at zero cost to employers. After the job's completion, Higher encourages you to review the workers. Input from these reviews ensures that only the highest quality workers are maintained on the app. Workers also provide reviews, and Higher passes useful feedback on to the employer. While Higher works hard to source, vet, and deploy the best candidates to each job site, we exist as a platform, not an employer.
