Founded in 1959 by Harry O. Hefter and acquired in 2019 by Santiago Garcia, The HOH Group became the first majority-owned architecture and engineering firm in the Chicagoland area to be acquired by a minority owner. Since the transition, HOH has nearly doubled in size under Santiago’s leadership, strengthening its technical capabilities and cultivating mentor-protégé relationships with established industry leaders. HOH is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and SBA 8(a) Small Business. As a multi-disciplinary A/E firm, we provide a full range of architectural and engineering services including civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical design, as well as construction management.
