For 30 years we have worked diligently to make our Design/Build process enjoyable and rewarding. William Bartlett, President, is an engineer from Toronto who is a creative right brain thinker. Bill is a fifth generation Bartlett/Rigby involved in the construction business. Experienced in both the business and technical side of the industry, Bill brings a diversified set of skills to each of our clients' projects.
