The HomeQuest Group is a real estate investing company that does more than wholesale and flip properties. Since 2009, we have purchased over a dozen multifamily homes that meet specific property requirements in order to house disadvantaged populations and continue to transform lives by showing our model of homeownership and self-sustenance. The HomeQuest Group not only supports property management and has built a portfolio of properties, it provides training in property management, general contracting and real estate investing for those who want to learn those skills. HomeQuest has a strong property management team and has grown to lead the way in transitional housing and actively pursues new opportunities in real estate. The HomeQuest Group has successfully purchased and transformed more than worth of single-family residence and multi-family real estate impacting more than 300 lives through those properties. It has also helped several individuals convert from transitional housing and renting to becoming homeowners.
