Even the best people will sometimes drive you crazy – that is natural and unavoidable! I first managed a team when I was 18; it was not easy! I am not afraid to admit that I used to cry on the whole walk in and the way home! 15+ years later, I am a Managing Director of a successful company with 70+ people, and yet still learning!
