Every person should have the ability to live the life they wish to live, and share their life with the people they choose to share their life with. With resources, support and guidance, HopeLink’s goal is to help this be a reality for everyone who chooses services through us. HopeLink strives to provide a superior quality of services by giving the person receiving services and their legal or chosen advocate, as much control over all issues related to their care as possible. By bringing the Individual and their Chosen Advocate into roles as the true key participants in the individuals support team, where they will have a say in matters of services and input on administrative actions, helps assure the safety and well-being of the person receiving services while also assuring to keep their best interests at all times and in all situations. MISSION: HopeLink’s mission is to support people with developmental disabilities or other physical/mental challenges through developing and maintaining family and community connections to help them reach their fullest potential. HopeLink is committed to providing positive resources and information to families, while promoting a competent level of awareness and understanding to all employees.
