The Hot Box creates world-class sauna and cold plunge experiences, spaces to escape the noise and reconnect. Founded in 2021 with a single hand-built sauna, we’ve grown to 6 locations across Meath, Sligo, Kilkenny, Dublin, and Louth and aren't done yet! Our mission is to make wellness more accessible, meaningful, and social; rooted in nature, built on connection, and designed to help people feel better in body and mind. Ireland’s first purpose-built indoor sauna sanctuary is opening this October at Grand Canal Dock. Alongside our wild and urban sauna network, The Hot Box Bolands Mills will now offer a world-class indoor retreat, designed for both individual wellbeing and collective experience. We’re also introducing corporate membership packages, giving teams and organisations the opportunity to access the restorative benefits of contrast therapy in a truly unique setting.
