The Hr Coach

Are you an HR professional who is neglecting your own development? Having worked at Head of HR level mostly in standalone roles, I've been there and know it can be a lonely place. I now coach other HR Professionals to help them feel supported, a little less lonely and give them the space to focus on their own development for a change. I am a certified coach with the Association for Coaching, I have a Masters's degree in Human Resource Management, was an Associate member of the CIPD, and am a certified user of Everything DiSC and have an accredited certificate in group coaching and facilitation. I offer 1:1 coaching through the Thrive in HR coaching programme and group coaching through the Thrive Together in HR group coaching programme. These programmes are for HR professionals at any level of their career who want to invest in their own development and feel supported in the process. I also work with HR teams and corporates in delivering coaching skills and DISC workshops.
