Our vision is a nonprofit sector that intentionally and effectively channels its time, energy, resources, and insights to work in ways that maximize impact. Our mission is to equip and empower change-makers to plan thoughtfully, design intentionally, work efficiently, and learn continuously. We draw from the concepts and tool kits of evaluative and strategic thinking, evaluation, performance management, continuous quality improvement, and organizational development and learning.
