The Impact Lounge

The Impact Lounge was born out of the belief that convenings can change the world. When the right people, come together in the right moment to discuss and share ideas, synergy happens, and mountains move. Caspian Agency specializes in creating and producing strategic convenings that matter. With a background of clients like Rockefeller Foundation, Skoll Foundation, Ford Foundation, Omidyar Network and others, our history is steeped in working with changemakers. Our CEO, Heather Mason, comes from a background in film and film festivals – working in the Sundance Film Festival press office 1993, at the Cannes Film Festival in 1996 and then on the Fox studios lot in Los Angeles. She also produced the Interactive Lounge at Sundance in The Impact Lounge is a way to bring these two worlds together. And while there have been plenty of discussions over the years covering filmmaking for change and entertainment with a social good lens, we hope to gather these conversations under one roof during the concentrated time at the festival will maximize the power of these connections.
