The Inclusion Playbook

The Inclusion Playbook envisions a world where sports empower and strengthen all of our communities. We work with a collaborative network of governing bodies, schools, athletes, coaches, and social justice advocates to build more equitable and inclusive sports organizations. OUR PLAYBOOK: We combine expertise in sports, social justice, and policy to drive change within athletic organizations—and society at large. Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of those organizations, emphasizing three core focus areas: racial justice, gender equity, and LGBTQ+ inclusion.
