The Indian Brewery

The Indian Brewery is an independent award winning brewery based in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham who combine modern and traditional brewing techniques to produce a quality range of super refreshing beers. Operated by a very passionate team of enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals, with a creative flair, The Indian Brewery brand has gone from strength to strength over the years by taking pride in local community projects and shining the light on its core values and diversity. In addition to the brewery itself, the company has also opened locations for the public to visit to experience its very own freshly brewed beers paired with ‘The Best Food Ever’ in lively establishments which have become iconic staples for the brand, emerging as ‘must visit’ locations across the UK. The Indian Brewery company was established in 2014 by founder Jaspal Purewal as a ‘small micro-brewery’ selling traditional cask ales to countryside pubs brewed in a very old fashioned brew kit. Since then, with arrival of Jaspal’s brother Jay Purewal as the new Head Brewer the company now focuses on modern craft beers in addition to classic cask ales, pioneering within the brewing scene. The company also has a strong commitment to ethical and sustainable ways and now brew, package and deliver from raw ingredient to finished product, all from its state of the art SALSA approved brewery.
