We ignite rediscovery of our innate individual and collective resilience and potential, by providing transformational programs for individuals, organizations, and our community. Through our programs and services, the Insight Alliance aims to contribute to kinder, stronger, and more equitable communities propelled by individuals leading healthy, enriched lives. We offer six unique programs, that break the cycle of incarceration by addressing root causes that trap vulnerable individuals in the system and helping them to rediscover their innate resilience and wellbeing. By empowering individuals to rediscover their innate strengths and well-being, we disrupt the school-to-prison pipeline and help keep them out of prison and on a path to a brighter future.
