The Integral Wellness Center

The Center for Integral Wellness provides people with a new, superior way to make health and wellness changes that last long term. The programs are more effective and less costly than working with a nutritionist or personal trainer, with an emphasis on building skills and education to empower people to continually deepen their personal wellness journey. Programs are available in-person (DC Metro area), remotely via Skype or phone, or online through participatory e-courses. The most popular program is six single hour meetings over approximately three months, meeting once every other week. This format supports permanent lifestyle and habit changes which is part of what makes this approach so valuable.
