The Io Comedy Network

The iO Theater has long been the home of long form improvisation and a launching point of the careers of countless successful alumni, including Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, and Seth Meyers. The iO Comedy Network, iO’s video arm, works to take the unique, joyous, honest comedy of the iO Theater and translate to the screen. Our in-house production teams and contributing independent filmmakers create sketch, short film, webseries, and experimental content of all kinds that we facilitate and share. The iOCN is a training ground and jumping off point for aspiring television and film professionals where we support and create opportunities for networking, skill-development, and voice-honing. The iOCN also serves a secondary role as an in-house content marketing team for the theater.
