Our profound understanding of the medical device marketplace also positions us to secure a product’s top place in its field. While we are a concept-to-market operation offering a full suite of services, we can enter into a project at any phase. Many of our clients come to us without a product concept and are armed only with a problem or obstacle they would like to see alleviated with new technology. In collaboration with our team of doctors, scientists, attorneys and engineers, we generate ideas for solutions while thoroughly analyzing the current technologies on the market and existing intellectual property. We then work with the client and our legal team to ensure that all generated ideas are fully protected before moving into development. During the development phase our firm works with our team of engineers to design a prototype of the new device. Safety, sterility, efficiency, ease-of-use and cost-effectiveness are all taken into full consideration when designing a new device. While a prototype is being designed and manufactured we partner with a leading clinical research organization (CRO) to begin the application process for any relevant regulatory body such as the FDA. Once the prototype is manufactured, we collaborate with the CRO to perform animal and human testing of the device. During this time an efficient and economical mass production plan is put into place. From the outset of a project we work tirelessly within the related field to establish a direct line into the market for the future device.
