Founded in 2017, the Juno Collective has been borne out of my collective personal and professional experiences over more than 20 years in human resources, employment law, dispute resolution, mentorship, coaching and entrepreneurship. The practice is based on trust, integrity, empathy and making a meaningful contribution. Adding value to companies where a value-based approach is core to the business, we align with like-minded businesses who see their impact as wider than just their operational focus. Social entrepreneurship and making impactful change are core to my personal ethos and I am attracted to supporting entrepreneurs, SME and seeing people thrive and achieve their goals.
