The Kanaka Partnership was founded in 2008 in Singapore as a boutique HR Consultancy and Search firm that helps companies and individuals achieve their strategic HR and career goals. Our Dubai office was set up under the CSS-UAE umbrella in 2015 to serve the dynamic Middle East and Africa regions. Our core activities are centered around the strategy and execution of HR consultancy mandates for both multi-national and SME businesses in Asia, Africa and the Middle East. We are industry agnostic and work across the Human Resources Function. Our principals have in depth experience in both the private and public sector and have worked in Singapore, the UAE, Hong Kong, the USA and Africa and we believe in practicing our business with the highest standards of ethics, professionalism and confidentiality.
